Each of those people has a circle of care, including friends, family, GPs, nurses, community care specialists… The list goes on.
That circle of care is often very disjointed, through no fault of those within it. What the care journey needs is communication, information and practical assistance – and those are the principles behind Assured Minds.
A series of different modules combine to bring that communication and assistance into one place, enabling greater information sharing, and providing valuable interactions both with the person living with dementia and those surrounding them.

Powerful Applications for the Circle of Care
Assured Minds combines a variety of apps, each aimed at supporting a different part of the circle of care. From sharing content, to communicating healthcare updates, to providing advice and guidance, the different apps work together to join up the circle of care and improve life for everyone involved.
The Assured Minds Platform
A secure, cloud-based hub, the Assured Minds Platform manages all the tools and content needed to power the solution, from apps to devices.
The Platform includes a standards-based API for integration with a wide range of apps, healthcare systems, and other tools.
Person with Dementia App
Easy to use displays provide orientation information for reassurance, while simple messages & content can be sent to provide interaction without complication. Interaction is primarily driven by other members of the circle of care, to make it as simple as possible for the person living with dementia to get the most out of the app.
Friends and Family App
A range of easy and satisfying tools for communication, information sharing, and support – carers, family, and friends can interact with the person with dementia using pre-loaded content designed to spark memories, and communicate updates and information with other members of the circle of care.
Professional Teams App
With all the features of the other apps, the Professional Teams app also digitises standard assessments, allowing them to be shared between health and social care providers to give valuable and time-saving insight. Healthcare professionals can also send useful wellbeing information to others in the circle of care, to support carers during the journey.
Devices to suit everyone
From a simple digital picture frame, to a TV solution, through to support for many existing devices, Assured Minds is available on a wide range of devices to suit the needs of everyone within the circle of care.
Assured Minds DigiFrame
The DigiFrame is designed to be extremely simple for a person with dementia to use, providing orientation and reassurance information and content. The Frame also receives and displays simple messages, with a one-click response interface.
Assured Alarm
The Assured Alarm is a complementary device to the platform. Worn by a person with dementia, the device displays our orientation screen but its main function is to alert health professionals in the event of the person having a fall.
Existing Devices
Members of the circle of care can use Assured Minds on their existing apps, tablets, and computers, and integrations with healthcare solutions allow the platform to be integrated with existing healthcare devices and systems
